18 Dec 2010: Discovered complaint to an online press website that was handled within 24 hours. (Client was experiencing poor download speeds from his VPS, which was caused by his ISP, AeroVPS jumped in and nudged the client in the right direction after discovering this complaint - PDF shows public correspondence).
15 March 2011: AeroVPS supports the Japan Disaster Relief Fund, since the earthquake and tsunami struck Japan.
